The following downloads are direct downloads from our servers, except if the file is over 50mb, in which case we will post a download link direct to the download site.

We are sorry for any incovenience this may cause, but we only have limited room on our servers. Some of the direct downloads are compiled by us, such as rom libraries for emulators, because usually you have to download all the games induvidually, which is always time consuming and annoying. Another example is emulators that need a bios, or that require you to configure plugins, so in cases like these we will have done the config and added a bios for you, so all you have to do is unzip the file and use the program.

If for some reason you require a clean version of a program, rather than our configured versions, please feel free to email us (sam@salmonator.com / wwwsalmonatorcom@hotmail.com / toocold2stare@hotmail.com.au / lachlan@salmonator.com) and we will send you a link to what you are looking for asap. All links provided to external sites are to the original versions of the files and are to trusted sites, although we cannot be held responsible for problems with the sites, or viruses etc you get by visiting them. All the files hosted on our servers that are our versions have been virus checked and are all safe, although the same as above still applies. 

Due to copyright laws, we cannot provide downloads or links to illegal software etc and in some cases other websites will not allow us to provide direct downloads of their software, so in this case we will give you a link.

Next to what files are on this page will be the file size, a short description of the file, and the type of file, which is usually .zip, and you can use winrar (a free program you can download using that link, it's a 1.17 mb .exe that installs easily) to unzip them, although sometimes we will provide .exe files for programs with installers.

P.S.: Some people have had trouble configuring the file paths of some of the emulators or are getting random errors. Please read the readme and help files with the emulator, and if you are still having problems, please consult our forum.

Blobs TD - Download the full version of Ryan's Tower defense game Blobs TD right here. (You must right click the link and click save target as, or you will get a blank page that eventually loads the game in your browser) You must have Flash Player 7 or above installed on your computer to run this game. Get the latest version of Flash Player here. (When you get to the linked page, click on the yellow "agree and install now" button, then you should hear a sound, and see a little yellow bar appear at the top of the page, saying "The website wants to run the following addon..." Click the bar, then click "Install this addon for all users on this computer" A window should then pop up, just click install, we assure you that there are no security risks / viruses etc. in the program. Then, wait a while, and when you get redirected to a page that says Adobe Flash player has been succesfully installed, you now have the newest version of flash player, and can now play Ryan's new game) - .swf file, 0.245mb  

Mame32 arcade emulator - (plays arcade roms, no config required, simply put your roms in the roms folder without unzipping them and then run the program) - .zip file, 10.840mb

Galaga (Mame32 rom) - (the classic arcade rom Galaga. DO NOT UNZIP AFTER DOWNLOAD!!! Never unzip any Mame32 roms you download, as the emulator can only read them in their compressed format! Simply put the downloaded file in the roms folder of your Mame32 emulator and run the program) 0.083mb

StellaX Atari 2600 emulator - (plays Atari 2600 roms, no config required, simply put your roms in the roms folder and run the program) - .zip file, 0.385mb

Atari 2600 rom pack - (534 classic Atari 2600 roms (we're obviously not going to list them all here, but pretty much every game that came out on the system, and some that didn't, are in this pack). Simply unzip and place all the files (these are the roms) in the roms folder of your StellaX emulator, and run the program) - .zip, 2.105mb

Chankast Dreamcast emulator - (plays Dreamcast roms, no config required, simply run the program and open a rom) - .zip, 1.851mb

ePSXe PSX / PS1 emulator - (plays PSX / PS1 roms, no config required (you will need a program called Daemon tools, the download button on the linked site is over the right hand side, about a third of the way down the page, above the ad, download it, install it, then mount the rom into it you want to play, then open the emulator and click run.) (If you need help mounting discs in Daemon tools, read the help / readme files included with the program, and if you still don't know how to do this, try and find a tutorial on the internet, or email us, the links are down the bottom. We will add notes on how to mount discs in Daemon tools here as soon as we have time to make a tutorial) - .zip, 2.967mb

Nestopia NES emulator - (plays NES roms, open the program then click on the option menu, click paths, then set the paths of these folders to where they are on your computer, leaving the images one (the very first box) alone. All these folders are in the same folder where you emulator is, so just copy that path, and then paste it into all of the boxes, leaving the very last part, i.e. from the second last backslash onwards the same, then just open a rom) - .zip, 1.049mb
